Frequently Asked Questions

Our turnaround time varies depending on the type of photography service you book. For smaller sessions, we typically deliver photos within 1-2 weeks. For weddings and events, it may take up to 4 weeks. However, we always aim to deliver your photos as soon as possible while maintaining the highest quality standards.

When your album is ready, you will receive a Google Drive link via your email address in order to view and download.

Please note - larger albums (from weddings and events) may take a lot longer to download!

The cost covers all venues in Northumberland, but we're not restricted if your venue is further afield. Venues outside of Northumberland may incur additional costs to cover travel and accommodation. 

Unfortunately we do not release 'RAW' photographs in their original form.

This is due to a RAW or original file being the 'unfinished' product and to protect the rights of ownership with 'Photography My Mandy'.
